You may apply for or stop existing water service in one of the following ways:

1. In person at City Hall
2. By telephone: (770) 964-2288

*Note: To start water service you can download an application, fill it out in its entirety, and bring the application into City Hall with the required deposit amount.You may also come into City Hall and fill out an application. In order to stop service, we require that you come in to City Hall and complete the Account Finalization Form or download the Account Finalization Form, fill it out in its entirety, and bring the form to City Hall. Disconnection request and turn on request for new service received after 4:00 p.m. will be done the following business day.
